Diploma in Public Sector Leadership

The Diploma Programme has been specifically designed to cover a number of generic core competencies, considered essential for managing effectively at Team Leader and/or Middle Management levels within a Public Sector environment. The programme is also suitable for managers employed in Voluntary Sector organisations or ‘Non Profit’ making companies, who are funded by or who have contractual or partnership/joint body arrangements with Public Sector organisations and who’s primary role is to serve the Public.
